3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with ntwin88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

4Account Registration

To create an ntwin88 account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. During registration, you are required to provide: a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. You may also be required to submit government-issued identification documents at the KYC stage prior to first withdrawal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ntwin88 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5Terms of Use

7Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section 7. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the offer type. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the bonus validity period.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period stated at the time of offer — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Bonuses and associated winnings not completed within this window are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single-bet cap applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per spin or round. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. 8Prohibited Conduct

9Responsible Gambling

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ntwin88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds from gambling activity, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

ntwin88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ntwin88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Account Termination

ntwin88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of fraudulent identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Confirmed underage access (player under 21 years of age).
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks. Balances derived solely from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ntwin88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence. Malaysian players acknowledge that Malaysian courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over certain disputes, and that Malaysian law may apply independently of this clause in certain circumstances.

14Amendments

ntwin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. In certain circumstances, we may also notify Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ntwin88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
